Providing Quality Care and Spiritual Guidance to Mothers

The Lamb’s Plans, Inc. is an organization offering comprehensive maternity support to young expectant mothers. We are committed to helping women and their children lead better lives through exceptional assistance programs and spiritual care.

Housing Mothers in Need

Our main goal is to provide maternity housing to expectant mothers who don’t have the means to support themselves or their children. Apart from this, we give these women the opportunities to improve and build a better future for themselves and their children.

Fulfilling Physical and Spiritual Needs

We believe that both physical and spiritual health is of equal importance to mothers and their babies. That’s why we serve faith-based care to women in our program. Our staff is always ready to provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support to mothers.

Building a God-Loving Community

The Lamb’s Plans, Inc. is currently in process of constructing a housing facility where women using our support programs can choose to live with their children. The land has to be purchased and prepared for significant construction work.

Get Connected

Contact our staff today for any questions, comments, or concerns about our maternity support programs and other initiatives to help young mothers and their children. We are more than happy to be of help.

We are constantly working

Once we have our infrastructure in place, any expectant mother, wherever they are from or whatever their religion, is welcome!  You are NOT alone!

The Vice President: Vikki Parker

Vikki lives in Cabot, Arkansas, originally from Mississippi. In 1994, the company she worked for moved its headquarters to Cabot. She was married for over 45 years and is the mother of 3 children, 2 living, and grandmother of 5 wonderful grandchildren.

Moved to Arkansas with her business. God had other plans: her daughter turned 15, and she found out her daughter was pregnant.  From that news, as devastating as it was, God had a plan to bring forth a life that would bring help and healing to generations, and with God's leading, opened what is now known as Options Pregnancy Center, headquartered in Cabot.

God has expanded those locations to include Cabot, Beebe, Jacksonville, and our Mobile Pregnancy Center.  Vikki is a Life-Affirming Specialist through Heartbeat International and serves on the President's Council, Adoption Specialists, and is certified in Applied Bioethics from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Certified Life Coach, Speaker, and Trainer through John Maxwell, and Advanced Level Life Coach through Breakthrough Life Coaching.

Vikki has authored a book titled “Rising in the Storm” about the journey God has allowed her to take. She has served on the Chamber Board of Directors for 3 years and was honored in 2006 as Citizen of the Year and in 2014 as Volunteer of the Year by the Chamber.

Nancy Lewis

Membership Lead: Nancy Lewis

Nancy has had diverse careers over many years, which began in supporting roles of clerical areas, including working at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at a time the astronauts were preparing to go to the moon; the Department of Neurosurgery, The Clinical Research Center, and The Department of Dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina, before enrolling in the Medical Record Administration program at the University.  Nancy graduated in 1979 with a BS degree in Health Information Management.  Following graduation, she was employed as Director of Medical Records at three hospitals in Texas, Louisiana, and, finally, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

After leaving the hospital, she joined the staff of The Christian Bookstore and eventually bought the store.  During her tenure at the store, she helped several Christ-centered organizations and others involved in community outreach.

After the bookstore closed, she joined an organization dedicated to helping young people in the judicial system.  After leaving there, she began a career in insurance, which has allowed her to continue helping people.

Throughout the years, she has served various support positions for different organizations as the need arose and will continue to do so as time and energy allow.

Terrence L. Farrier

About the Founder/President: Terrence L. Farrier

As a business consultant since 1992, Dr. Farrier has worked with small-and medium-sized companies to better integrate and increase their profits. He explains that all businesses are different, even if they appear the same. Their customer base, location, environment, competition, and so on affect the overall business in ways that are not obvious or noticeable. He is the author of Professionalizing Strategic Systems Management for Business and Organizational Success and is featured on the Global Book Network - YouTube channel.

Dr. Farrier earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Management Decision Sciences from Walden University in 2017, all while acting as an adviser and consultant to both civilian and military groups. He earned his Master's in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2005 and his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Regions University in 2001. He also earned his undergraduate degree in Human Resources and Marketing Management (BS/BA) from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, in 1989. He had a long military career and served as a think tank integrator and liaison for the Army Reserves.

Some of his military overseas positions included duties as the Transition Officer for Logistics Battalions and Brigades in Europe in 2004. As an LTC (ret) Army Reserve Officer, his military career also encompassed duties with the Command Advisor Group for the U.S. Joint Forces Command, serving as the Enterprise Transition Officer from 2005 to 2007. His military and civilian capacities while overseas were as Commander for a Contracts Supervision Unit, supporting the 8th U.S. Army logistical efforts in South Korea, and II MEF (Fwd) Regional Commands’ (RC) C-3 Operations as the Tactical IT Systems Administrator. He sees his primary skill as an organizer, trainer, facilitator, and integrator of systems management that promotes both skill and pride for those in management roles. Further, you must learn to love people, even if you must learn to love some at a distance.

His devotion to The Lamb’s Plan began with a strong, repeating dream that required his action. In faith, he reacted. He is willing to share that dream with all who love life and follow Jesus Christ.
